How can I track my order? / I did not receive a confirmation email.

If you did not receive an email after 5 days of your parcel being shipped, then please check your track and trace link of your parcel (received by email). The link should tell you where your package is at the moment. Additionally, you can always check the shipping status of your order through your personal account in our webshop or via the following link.
